Gary W. Stachlowski - Managing Director
Gary is a co-founder and Co-Managing Director at PNW. He has over 27
years experience working with the owners and senior executives of
public and private companies in the distribution, manufacturing and
forest products industries. As a former Tax Partner at two major
accounting firms, his experience includes significant consulting on
business, individual, trust and estate taxation and federal, state
and foreign tax compliance. Gary handles IRS ruling requests, IRS
and state tax audits, and consults on real estate investments,
business acquisitions and dispositions, and family wealth and estate
planning.
Gary received his undergraduate degree in business from the
University of Washington and his Masters of Tax degree from Golden
Gate University. He holds licenses to practice in Oregon and
Washington, and is a member of both the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified
Public Accountants.

Karen S. Nelson - Managing Director
Karen is a co-founder and Co-Managing Director at PNW. She has over
27 years experience working with corporate executives, individuals,
family LLCs and partnerships, and trusts and estates. Karen
structures estate plans for clients based on their unique family and
financial goals. She also works with private companies, providing
tax consulting and compliance services. Karen represents clients in
IRS exams, assists executives with stock option tax issues, and
provides tax consulting for real estate transactions.
Karen received both her undergraduate degree in business and her
Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Iowa. She holds a
license to practice public accounting in Oregon and is a member of
the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

linda
Linda A. Pappadimas
- Director
Linda is a co-founder and Director at PNW. She has over 25 years
experience working with individual clients and closely-held
businesses. Linda specializes in providing tax compliance and tax
consulting services and works closely with client accounting
personnel. In addition to preparing individual income tax returns,
Linda is knowledgeable about trust and gift taxation, and
pass-through entity business tax returns. She also works extensively
with payroll tax rules, information reporting requirements and
qualified pension and profit sharing plan reporting.
Linda attended Portland State University and stays current through
numerous continuing education courses. She is enrolled to practice
before the Internal Revenue Service and is a Licensed Tax Consultant
with the State of Oregon.
